Meet Huw -
Huw brings over 23 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, with a career built around performance, resilience, and coaching at a high level. After an injury brought his rugby career to an end, he transitioned into the fitness space - and hasn’t looked back since.
Over the years, Huw has worked across the full spectrum of the industry, from commercial gyms to becoming an international trainer for Les Mills. For the past 11 years, his focus has been on CrossFit, where he found a new outlet for his competitive drive.
Huw has owned an affiliate and is currently Head Coach at CrossFit House of Wolves, where he leads from the front with a performance-driven approach. He’s also competed at a high level, qualifying for sanctionals and making it to the CrossFit Games - giving him first-hand experience of what it takes to perform under pressure.
With a deep understanding of both training and the demands of competition, Huw brings a wealth of real-world experience to the team, supporting athletes not just in how they train, but how they prepare, fuel, and perform.

Meet Stella -
Stella brings more than 25 years of experience in the health & fitness space, and lives and breathes all things health, fitness, nutrition & training. With a huge passion for people and performance, she is an advocate for what leading a healthy lifestyle looks like and for the last 10+ years she’s been on a mission to help others discover that what you eat is the foundation of health & life.
Known for her no nonsense approach, over her career she has educated & supported thousands of clients, working as a Trainer with Nike, Lululemon Europe, taught hundreds of group classes in the commercial gym sector and coached hundreds of members during 11 years of gym ownership.
Passionate about CrossFit and a CrossFit Games Masters athlete, she’s a CFL2 coach, programmes for CF affiliates & competitions and is currently working towards her CCFT.
When she’s not training or competing herself, she now spends her time travelling the world as an MC/Presenter at CrossFit competitions and fitness events.
Her other favourite things to do include hanging out with Kilo, travel, and has a healthy addiction to good coffee & almond croissants

Meet Luke -
Luke’s background is rooted in high-level sport, having competed in rugby and CrossFit, where he developed a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on athletes. This firsthand experience underpins his approach to coaching - one that is grounded in real-world application, not theory alone.
Before establishing NO RULE NUTRITION, Luke served in the British Army, where discipline, resilience, and accountability became core principles that now shape both his coaching philosophy and the standards of his company. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition, combining academic knowledge with years of applied practice.
Through NO RULE NUTRITION, Luke’s mission is to simplify nutrition and empower individuals to take control of their health and performance. The company has become widely respected within the functional fitness, CrossFit & Hyrox space, working with athletes at all levels - from everyday individuals to elite competitors - providing structured, personalised support that fits seamlessly into real life.
Luke continues to lead from the front, setting the standard for what modern performance nutrition should look like: clear, individualised, and built for results.

Meet Megan -
Megan brings a huge amount of experience to the table - a professional footballer and firefighter turned seriously impressive CrossFit athlete (316 in 26.1 👀).
She’s been involved in high-level sport for years, with a background in training for professional performance, which shows in both her mindset and approach. More recently, she’s been training alongside Jen Muir, gaining exposure to elite-level standards and environments. She’s also been supported at major competitions like the World Fitness Project and the CrossFit Games, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to perform at the top end - not just physically, but from a preparation, fuelling, and recovery standpoint.
She brings extensive in-person competition experience too, both on the floor and behind the scenes, which adds real depth to how she supports others.
But beyond the performance stats, Megan is an absolute dream to be around. Positive, driven, and fully aligned with our standards and values.

Meet Archie -
Having been involved in health and fitness since the age of 12, Archie has lived through the full spectrum - trial, error, and everything in between. That journey is what now allows him to guide others with clarity, helping them avoid the same mistakes and focus on what actually drives results: consistent, structured nutrition.
Archie has worked with us for over two years through his own nutrition coaching, giving him first-hand experience of what it takes to fuel performance, recover properly, and create sustainable progress. This isn’t theory - it’s something he applies daily, both personally and with the people he coaches.
He has supported a wide range of individuals, from those just getting started to athletes competing at a high level, always bringing the focus back to nutrition as the foundation. His role is to ensure that no matter the goal- fat loss, performance, or lifestyle - your intake supports it fully.
Alongside this, Archie brings a strong competitive background, including three Scottish weightlifting records, international qualification, and being a top 3 Scottish male CrossFitter for three consecutive years. His training knowledge enhances the process - but nutrition remains the driver.
With qualifications including CrossFit Level 2, Gymnastics Coach Level 1, and PT/Group Instructor Level 2, as well as being the Director of functional fitness gym, SALT, Archie combines real-world experience with a nutrition-led approach to help you perform, recover, and progress consistently.

Meet Demi -
I am thrilled to be working with NoRule as one of their nutritionists and extremely lucky to be part of such an amazing team.
My journey into nutrition came from wanting to better understand my own relationship with food after previously suffering with disordered eating and seeing food as the enemy. I have since completely rebuilt my body and my mindset around the importance of properly fuelling your body 🙌🏼
I’m a competitive CrossFit athlete who eats a damn lot and would love the opportunity to help others change their outlook on food like I have to see the transformation they will feel with their performance 🏋🏼♀️
As a coach, I focus on building strong habits, improving your relationship with food, and helping you feel confident both physically and mentally!
